We’re looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates for our client isolved, a leading provider of workforce management software. 📌 *Position:* Customer Support Associate 💬

💰 *Salary:* $2,800,000 COP

(Base salary: $1,820,000 COP 💵 + Housing allowance: $980,000 COP 🏠)

+ $200,000 COP transportation allowance

+ $500 USD loyalty bonus every 6 months

🕘 *Schedule:*

• Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 to 5 weeks)
• Operations: Monday to Friday, availability between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• (It does not mean you will work from 7 to 8, it means that the schedule can be in that timeframe).
• Weekends OFF

On-site – CAMACOL, Cra 63 # 49ª-31, Edificio Camacol, Barrio El Estadio, Piso 9

📝 *Job Description*

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for business clients using isolved’s software solutions. You’ll provide support via phone, email, and chat, helping users troubleshoot issues and understand how to use the platform effectively. This is a B2B (business-to-business) support role, ideal for individuals with strong English skills and a passion for delivering excellent service—even if you have limited experience.

• Provide basic technical support and customer service for isolved’s software
• Respond to inquiries from business users via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot common issues or escalate when necessary
• Accurately document all interactions and resolutions
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

🎓 *Requirements:*

• English level: B2+
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
