Bookkeeper
Job Description: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, efficiently managing accounting and finance tasks using advanced technological tools to optimize processes and ensure compliance with fiscal and accounting obligations. This position will have a strong emphasis on payroll and billing.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our home care services.
- Perform effective bank reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of our financial accounts.
- Prepare and present essential financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage tax payments and ensure compliance with current tax laws.
- Maintain detailed employee payroll records and oversee wage and benefits payments.
- Utilize advanced accounting software to streamline financial processes.
- Collaborate with our accounting and finance team on various financial management tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate or advanced English level is a must (B2/C1).
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software, such as QuickBooks.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and solve problems.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ethical integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
