Data Entry Specialist - Fully Remote English C1
Position Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (TX same Col time zone)
English Required: 9.0 to 10.0
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree (plus if related to Data Engineering or has coding experience)
Workday: Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Handle high volume and time-sensitive data.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data from clients, team members, and attorneys into our case management systems.
- Workflow Coordination: Communicate with team members and attorneys to coordinate workflow.
- Spreadsheet Management: Create and maintain multiple spreadsheets with sensitive information.
- Deadline Monitoring: Monitor and meet deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced English: Strong verbal and written communication skills, C1 desired.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through.
- Excel Proficiency: Superior knowledge of Excel.
- Adaptability: Adapts well to change and maintains a positive attitude under stress.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and stay focused on urgent issues.
- Core Values: Adoption of our core values.
- Bonus: Previous experience with Filevine is a plus.
