We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Analyst who can tackle complex challenges, optimize systems, and create innovative solutions for our global clients.
Location: Remote in Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia (Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Medellín, or Cali).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Colombia)/ 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Mexico).
Salary: To be discussed.
As a Marketing Automation Analyst, you’ll work with top-tier automation tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
• Act as the technical expert in marketing automation, designing, building, and optimizing implementations and integrations for critical systems.
• Implement marketing automation tools, align sales and marketing, define lead-to-revenue strategies, database requirements, automation setup, and functional integrations.
• Assist clients with integrations between marketing automation platforms and CRMs like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, and Oracle.
• Provide management and execution services for managed services clients.
• Support architecture projects to understand functional requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing and delivering solutions.
• Create client presentations based on value-driven methodologies.
• Conduct marketing automation audits, implementations, and integrations within cross-functional teams.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in demand generation and business consulting in marketing automation environments.
• An advanced level of English (B2+) is ESSENTIAL.
• 1+ year of experience in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Marketing automation certification desired (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
• Knowledge of digital marketing, product experiences, and how these connect brands with consumers.
• Ability to manage and prioritize complex, high-volume digital projects.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills in technical concepts.
