Shift 9 am to 6 pm CST oferta disponible solo en BogotaPersonal Injury FOIA, medical and insurance assistant
Responsibilities:
Open new cases Complete treatment reviews Receive PNC calls, gather their information, and open their cases Schedule physical therapy appointments Confirm if clients have been scheduled for physical therapy Ensure clients attend their appointments Maintain contact with representatives Follow up with Police Departments for missing or amended police reports Notify Andy/Dave when a high-priority case comes in for claims processing

Strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in scheduling and calendar management Customer service skills Knowledge of legal and medical terminology Ability to follow up and ensure completion of tasks Problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure
