Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)

Job description:

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Closer / Full-Cycle Sales Representative to manage the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in high-volume outreach environments and is confident handling end-to-end sales processes.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, engaging prospects, conducting discovery conversations, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals. This position requires a strong ability to consistently perform high-volume outreach while maintaining quality follow-ups and building client relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales and is comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment, with proven success in both outbound calling and revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling (50–60+ calls per day) to prospective and existing customers
  • Perform consistent and strategic follow-ups to move deals through the pipeline
  • Present services effectively and align offerings with client needs
  • Handle objections and negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and lead quality
  • Manage and track pipeline performance and deal progression

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales closing, account executive roles, or full-cycle sales
  • Proven experience handling both outbound sales and deal closing
  • Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume calling (60+ daily calls consistently)
  • Experience working in B2B sales environments
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process independently
