Personal Injury Paralegal – Litigation Support (Remote) CDM

We are a fast-growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm dedicated to building a high-performance, process-driven team. As our caseload expands, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support case management and litigation efforts. This role is critical to ensuring cases progress efficiently while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and responsiveness.

🌍 Countries

This position is open to candidates located in Colombia (Armenia, Barranquilla, Medellín, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Ibague). It is a remote position exclusively for candidates in these countries.

📅 Schedule

• Monday to Friday, preferred hours between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (flexible within this range)

🎯 Responsibilities

Case Management

• Manage a docket of active personal injury cases
• Monitor case progression and proactively move cases forward
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
• Track medical treatment, records requests, and case status updates
• Coordinate with clients, providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
• Execute firm SOPs for new case intake and ongoing case handling

Litigation Support

• Assist in drafting and responding to discovery (RFPs, interrogatories, etc.)
• Organize and review medical records and litigation documents
• Support deposition and trial preparation
• Draft routine legal correspondence and pleadings
• Monitor litigation deadlines, court requirements, and filings
• Understand differences between pre-litigation and litigation processes

✅ Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. personal injury law
• Required: Exposure to litigation (not only pre-litigation)
• English level C1 or B2 Advanced.
• Strong understanding of case flow from intake through litigation
• Experience with discovery processes and legal documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management systems
