🎯 Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for medical providers and members. In this role, you will deliver high-quality support through calls, emails, and internal systems while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on service excellence and professional growth.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Manage customer service emails and support tickets
- Resolve access issues and provide requested information
- Conduct follow-up calls with providers and members
- Investigate invoices, balances, and claims
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Support account management and operational projects
🧠 Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in customer service (calls and emails)
- Background in healthcare or insurance (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of systems and office tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and stay organized
- Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
