We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist (GoHighLevel)

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with hands‑on experience in GoHighLevel to oversee and optimize paid media and outbound campaigns. This role blends execution, strategic thinking, and team coordination, working closely with the Founder and GTM Lead to drive performance across client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize active campaigns (Meta Ads, cold email, LinkedIn)
- Track and improve KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, booked calls, and ROI
- Coordinate with internal teams (GTM, Strategy, CSMs, SDRs, Creative)
- Review and optimize Meta ad creatives (hooks, headlines, CTAs)
- Ensure smooth workflows, timelines, and documentation in ClickUp / CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in paid media and/or outbound campaigns
- Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel
- Proven experience running Facebook / Meta Ads
- Advanced English (C1+)
