Appointment Setter / SDR (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage outbound and inbound calling activities, qualify leads, and book meetings for our sales team.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, follows scripts effectively, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Book and confirm sales appointments for closers
  • Follow a structured and proven sales script
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Track calls, outcomes, and booked meetings accurately
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain clear communication with the sales team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Fluent / near-native English with an excellent accent (required)
  • Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
  • Previous experience in:
  • Appointment Setting
  • SDR / Sales Development
  • Outbound Sales
  • Sales-focused Customer Service
  • Comfortable working with daily call targets and KPIs
  • Ability to memorize scripts and adapt messaging when needed

Nice to Have

  • SaaS sales experience
  • Experience calling small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Exposure to industries such as:
  • Med spas
  • Salons
  • Auto shops
  • Restaurants
  • CRM experience (preferred but not required)

Compensation & Growth Path

  • No commission at the start
  • Clear growth path into a Closer role with commission opportunities
  • Performance-based incentives per booked appointment (negotiable after proven results)

Schedule


  • Preferred calling hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
  • Weekly sales meeting: Thursdays at 10:00 AM CST
