Role Overview
Viral Coach is seeking a proactive and strategic Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients while leading high-level content strategy execution.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients to guide content production, support creative strategy, and coordinate the execution of high-quality marketing assets that deliver measurable results.
The Account Manager must be confident leading strategic client conversations, advising on content direction, and supporting video production workflows—including scripting, funnels, and performance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Lead recurring strategy sessions to plan content and campaign direction
- Guide clients during video recording sessions, including camera setup, lighting, framing, and on‑camera presentation
- Coordinate end-to-end content creation: scripting, messaging, creative planning, and production workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content strategy with broader marketing objectives
- Track account progress, KPIs, deliverables, and client feedback
- Identify strategic opportunities to improve performance and drive account growth
- Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Strategy, Content Strategy, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of content marketing, digital marketing strategy, and production workflows
- Experience coordinating creative assets (video, photography, branded content)
- Working knowledge of video production fundamentals (camera settings, lighting, framing, scripting)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and content performance strategy
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
Must-Have Requirements
- ✅ Experience working in a marketing agency environment
- ✅ Background in social media strategy or video marketing
- ✅ Familiarity with creative direction and content optimization best practices
- ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
