📝 Role Overview
Provide customer care support to general public ticketing customers for FIFA tournaments, ensuring excellent service and full compliance with FIFA policies.
✅ Requirements (Mandatory)
- 📞 Minimum 10 months of Call Center experience
- 🌍 English B2+ (mandatory)
- 💻 Experience handling calls, emails, and customer platforms
- ✅ Strong punctuality and schedule compliance
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📧 Respond to ticketing inquiries via calls, email, webforms, and other channels
- ☎️ Handle inbound & outbound calls / IVR services
- 🧾 Provide back-office support (data entry, CRM updates, document review)
- ♿ Assist customers with disabilities or limited mobility
- 📋 Ensure compliance with FIFA ticketing policies and internal standards
- 📊 Meet monthly KPI targets
- 🤝 Support teammates when needed
