📍 Remote | Full-time: Monday to friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

About the Role

The Associate Researcher engages with healthcare professionals to collect data and support research initiatives. This role requires responsiveness, adaptability, and teamwork to ensure accurate outreach and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and email healthcare providers to invite participation.
  • Schedule research calls based on provider availability.
  • Document outreach activities and maintain tracking systems.
  • Provide excellent customer experience in all communications.
  • Support team members in outreach and research projects.
  • Participate in quality assurance discussions and team meetings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service with healthcare
  • English C1
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Organized and efficient in daily outreach activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred); knowledge of Calendly is a plus.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback.
