CAD Designer

CAD / Revit Drafter (Remote)

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and technically skilled CAD / Revit Drafter to support the development of accurate technical drawings and project documentation. This role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables.

This role is remote and open to candidates located in Colombia, Mexico, Honduras and Guatemala, with advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, working Part Time 08:00 am - 01:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD and Revit
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
• Review, revise, and update designs to meet project specifications and requirements
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date project documentation and drawing sets
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and technical deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a CAD/Revit Drafter or in a similar role
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in CAD and Revit software
• Solid understanding of technical drawing and construction documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
