Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CDT)

🚀 About the Role

We are seeking a Data-Driven Campaign Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and making decisions driven by data, testing, and performance insights.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Develop strategies aligned with brand, growth, and performance goals
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
• Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and optimize ROI
• Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and funnels
• Prepare performance reports and share insights and recommendations
• Support remarketing, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking
• Solid understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization
• Strong analytical skills and experience optimizing ad copy and creatives
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset
• English level: C1 or higher
