🔍 About the Role

As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible exclusively for bench marketing and placement of IT consultants into contract roles across the United States. This role is not focused on talent acquisition—your mission is speed, strategy, and successful placements.

You will actively market consultants such as:

  • Java Developers
  • Data Engineers
  • AI / ML Specialists
  • Cybersecurity Professionals
  • Test Automation Engineers
  • Program / Project Managers

🧩 Key Responsibilities

✅ Market available bench consultants across all 50 U.S. states

✅ Identify contract opportunities through job boards, vendors, and client networks

✅ Manage job pipelines, submit profiles, and conduct consistent follow‑ups

✅ Drive quick turnaround from bench to placement

✅ Build and maintain relationships with U.S. staffing vendors and Tier 1 agencies

✅ Track submissions, interviews, placements, and report weekly

✅ Optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles

✅ Prepare consultants for interviews and client submissions

✅ Meet 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day placement milestones

🛂 Employment & Immigration Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of U.S. work authorization categories: CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, TN, etc.
  • Hands‑on experience with C2C and 1099 contract models
  • Ensure compliance and confidentiality of all immigration and employment data

🎯 Desired Profile

🔹 2–5+ years of Bench Sales experience in U.S. IT staffing

🔹 Proven success placing IT consultants in contract roles

🔹 Established network with Tier 1 vendors (TEKsystems, Apex, Insight Global, Randstad, etc.)

🔹 Strong written and verbal English communication skills

🔹 Highly organized, proactive, and KPI‑driven

🔹 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

🔹 Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, Excel, email sourcing, and tracking tools

Work Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 / 6:00 PM (EST)
  • Remote or office‑based (both acceptable)
