Sales Agent / Appoitment Setter (Advanced english) / Remote (BGC)
Job Offer: Appointment Setter (B2B – SaaS Preferred)
Role Overview
The Appointment Setter will serve as the frontline growth engine for the sales team. This role is responsible for initiating conversations with prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and booking high-quality discovery calls for the Sales/Account Executive team.
You are the “pattern interrupt” — the professional who captures attention, sparks interest, and creates sales momentum. This role requires strong commercial instinct, confidence, resilience, and an energetic, outgoing personality.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Work Modality: Remote (Work from Home)
- Compensation: Base salary + Commission (structure TBD)
🎯 Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts. Build rapport and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification: Assess prospects against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Identify needs, pain points, and buying signals. Prioritize high-quality opportunities.
- Appointment Setting & Calendar Coordination: Schedule confirmed discovery calls for Account Executives. Ensure accurate calendar coordination and provide context/notes to sales reps.
- CRM Management & Reporting: Maintain 100% accurate CRM records. Track pipeline activity and provide feedback on messaging effectiveness.
- Continuous Messaging Optimization: Share insights on objections, trends, and value propositions. Contribute to script refinement and sales strategy improvements.

✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B appointment setting, SDR, sales development, or outbound sales experience.
- Strong preference for candidates with SaaS experience.
- Native-level or near-native English proficiency (clear, confident, persuasive communication).
- Proven ability to handle objections and maintain high-volume outreach cadence.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Workspace.
