Paid Media Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with strong experience in performance marketing, full‑funnel advertising, and data‑driven optimization. If you excel at running high‑impact campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, and you enjoy analyzing data to drive measurable results, this role is for you.

📍 Eligible Countries: Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru

🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

🎯 Experience Level: Mid‑Level (3–5 years)

What You Will Do

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Implement full‑funnel advertising strategies (awareness, consideration, retargeting, conversion).
• Configure conversion tracking, events, and analytics using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation and continuous performance improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
• Use automation tools and AI‑powered strategies to improve workflows and results.
• Support e‑commerce advertising and lead generation campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.
• Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (certifications preferred).
• Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and data‑driven optimization.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and testing methods.
• Experience using automation and AI tools to improve efficiencies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• English level: C1.
