🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates located in Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Kenya, and Peru.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and conceptual thinker with deep expertise in both digital and print design, strong technical execution, and the ability to deliver polished, on‑brand visual solutions under tight deadlines.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Develop high‑quality visual assets for digital, print, web, packaging, and social media.

Create strong concepts aligned with brand standards and communication goals.

Work with typography, color theory, layout, composition, grid systems, and design systems.

Perform photo retouching, image editing, and prepare production‑ready files.

Design UI components and web‑related graphics with basic front‑end considerations.

Collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and freelancers.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Deliver pixel‑perfect, optimized files and ensure quality control at every stage.

🛠️ Required Skills & Tools

Conceptual thinking & creative problem solving

On‑brand design execution

Typography, color theory, spatial composition

Digital design, print design, web and social media assets

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, QuarkXPress

Macintosh proficiency; familiarity with PC

Image‑processing tools & scanning software

Understanding of UI components and basic front‑end considerations

Strong multitasking, project management & deadline ownership

Excellent verbal and written communication

Attention to detail, accountability & team collaboration
