Job Title: Data Entry Specialist with B2+ or C1 English Level

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST

Modality: Work Remotly but only in the cities listed below

Location: Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Armenia, Cali !

Job description

This new hire will report directly to me and will work in unison with our Mass Torts Senior Case Consultant, Fawn. I will train up on any skills the staffer needs to develop, including reporting manipulation and inventory extraction/analysis.

Responsabilities:

Mass tort inventory management and high-volume data entry. Maintain, update, and audit inventory reports with extreme accuracy. This included organizing and tracking large datasets across Excel and other reporting platforms. Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on missing or outstanding data. Build and maintain professional relationships with partner firms. Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal leadership and partner firms. Must feel comfortable and confident reporting directly to leadership. Professional, polished communication. Role may expand to include handling inbound reception calls. This means professionally answering calls, gathering information, and routing messages accurately. Must be comfortable balancing phone responsibilities with data entry and inventory management.

Skills:

A self-starter and ability to follow directive. Prior experience in data entry and client services is essential. Advanced Excel skills required (formulas, pivot tables, filters, data cleanup, reporting) with a strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data. Ability to “tell a story” with data and clearly explain trends, gaps, and risks. Comfortable learning and working within multiple reporting systems and databases. Experience in supporting operations, reporting, or administrative workflows preferred. Key Traits: Highly tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems. Extremely detail-oriented with strong quality control habits. Strong problem-solving mindset; able to identify issues and propose solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements:

  • Prior experience in data entry and client services is essential.
  • B2+ or C1 English Level is a must
  • Advanced Excel skills required (formulas, pivot tables, filters, data cleanup, reporting) with a strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Specialist in the same company!
