Bilingual Assistant Controller - QuickBooks Desktop Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Assistant Controller to manage accurate data entry and financial record-keeping. The primary focus of this position is the precise entry of transaction data from bank statements into QuickBooks Desktop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and categorize transaction data from bank statements into QuickBooks Desktop.
- Review and verify all entries for completeness and correctness.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain organized digital records and communicate findings in English.
- Assist with additional administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: English B2 (Upper-Intermediate). Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or specialized data entry roles.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is mandatory. Expertise in handling PDF documents and data extraction.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in high-volume data entry.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
