Job Title: Legal Assistant

Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 6:00PM EST

Position: Remote (Solo Armenia, Cali, Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Ibagué y Bucaramanga)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Legal Assistant to support a fast-paced legal team handling a high volume of closings. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, thrive under pressure, and help support daily legal and administrative operations. Prior experience in title or real estate closings is strongly preferred due to the demanding workload. This role supports a highly dedicated legal professional and a busy office with a significant workload. The ideal candidate understands the demands of a fast-moving legal practice and is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality support.

Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys and legal staff with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks.

- Support the coordination and processing of real estate/title closings (approximately 30–40 closings per month).

- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents related to closings.

Requirements:

- C1 English proficiency.

- 1-2 years of experience as a legal assistant, title processor or similar legal roles.

- 3-6 months of experience in real estate law (preferred)

- Associate degree or higher in paralegal studies or a related field (preferred)

- Must be familiar with the "as is" contract.

- Proficiency in drafting title documents.
