Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Your Mission

As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads only (no cold calling). You’ll guide families through the decision-making process, present our coaching programs, and secure commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and close sales.
  • Conduct scheduled calls with parents/guardians to present programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during calls, building confidence and trust.
  • Follow up and secure commitments during or after calls.
  • Participate in team stand-up meetings (3 times per week, 30 min).
  • Submit daily activity and results reports.
  • Respond promptly to Slack messages and check appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English is indispensable (spoken & written).
  • 1–3 years of experience closing high-ticket sales (flexible with 1 year if highly skilled).
  • Proven success managing inbound leads and closing deals.
  • Comfortable speaking with parents and children; sports/soccer background is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently hit performance targets.
