Sales Development Representative
📍 Location: Antioquia, Colombia (Remote / Hybrid – frequent travel within Medellín and surrounding areas)
🚗 Mobility: Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
Requirements✅ 2–3 years of experience in beverage sales, FMCG sales, or distributor relationship management.
✅ Proven experience with minimarkets, convenience stores, grocery chains, or distributors in Colombia.
✅ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within Medellín.
✅ CRM proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
✅ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with distributors, grocery stores, minimarkets, gyms, spas, restaurants, and convenience stores.
- Conduct in-person sales visits, product demonstrations, and tastings.
- Present and promote VitaLife products with strong value-based arguments.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts; close sales opportunities and meet monthly targets.
- Ensure product visibility and proper merchandising in retail locations.
- Participate in brand activations, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM documentation.
- Hard Skills: Sales pipeline management, CRM, retail execution, product demonstrations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, persistence, organization, independence, strategic thinking, adaptability to startup environments.
