Legal Assistant with Personal Injury (ITG)

Position: Intake specialist

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

About Us: We are a Pennsylvania plaintiff’s personal injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability (including slip and fall), and medical malpractice. With nine offices across the state, we proudly serve all 67 counties as Pennsylvania’s statewide local law firm.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full warm-transfer intakes after reception opens a matter in Litify (CRM).
• For motor vehicle and premises cases, establish liability, insurance, and injury; send contingency fee agreement (CFA) during the call when appropriate.
• For medical malpractice cases, complete structured questionnaire and route for attorney review before sending CFA.
• Provide empathetic, professional experience to callers.
• Support after-hours coverage (nights/weekends/holidays) as needed.
• Assist with Google LSA call rating if assigned.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training programs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in personal injury law as a Paralegal (California experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with case management software such as Clio (preferred but not required).
• Legal Knowledge: Ability to adapt to different filing processes across jurisdictions.
• Core Competencies:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
