About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing incoming emails and court notices related to bankruptcy cases, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all communications. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage incoming emails and court notices related to bankruptcy proceedings.
• Identify and prioritize urgent communications and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of all notices and correspondence in the case management system.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to clarify or confirm information.
• Assist in preparing and filing routine bankruptcy documents under attorney supervision.
• Monitor case calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Support attorneys with administrative tasks related to bankruptcy cases.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Law degree required (or currently studying).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a paralegal, preferably in bankruptcy law.
• Strong understanding of bankruptcy procedures and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• English proficiency: C1 level.
