🩺 Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and empathetic Scheduler to join our home care team. You will be responsible for coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring clients receive timely, consistent, and high-quality care.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and adjust caregiver schedules based on client needs.
• Use WellSky to enter, update, and track schedules accurately and in compliance.
• Assign caregivers to clients based on skills, certifications, and availability.
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to caregivers and clients in English and Spanish.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and emergencies efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR and management to identify staffing gaps and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and home care regulations.
• Monitor caregiver attendance and punctuality to guarantee reliable service.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Proficiency in WellSky
• 1 year of experience in scheduling or appointment setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills for unexpected changes.
• Knowledge of home care industry standards and caregiver accreditation.
