📝 Position Summary

The Case Manager supports attorneys by managing a caseload of personal injury claims, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, and ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake to resolution. Responsibilities include coordinating medical treatment, organizing documentation, maintaining communication with clients and providers, and assisting in the preparation of demands and settlement negotiations.

✅ Core Responsibilities:

📞 Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the claims process.

📂 Case File Management: Maintain and organize case files, documents, and records both electronically and physically.

🏥 Medical Treatment Coordination: Schedule client treatments with providers, collect medical records and bills, and ensure continuity of care.

📄 Documentation & Research: Request and gather essential documents such as police reports, medical records, and witness statements. Conduct research to obtain insurance and other relevant data.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines consistently.

✔️ Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

✔️ Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling documentation and case files.

✔️ Problem-Solving: Capable of multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and working independently.

⭐ Preferred Experience:

📅 Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience with case management (open to 3+ years for strong candidates).

📚 U.S. Personal Injury experience is mandatory.

🌐 Bilingual (English and Spanish).

✅ Candidates with 5 years of case management experience in U.S. law firms (even without personal injury) can apply.

✅ Candidates with 3 years of case management experience and at least 1.5 years in personal injury are eligible.
