🔍 What You’ll Do:

✨ Design and manage CRM workflows & multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, etc.)

✨ Develop segmentation strategies for personalized experiences

✨ Collaborate with marketing & sales to align CRM goals

✨ Analyze campaign performance & deliver actionable insights

✨ Ensure data integrity & compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

✨ Optimize lead nurturing & customer lifecycle journeys

✨ Integrate CRM with other marketing platforms

🎯 What You Bring:

✅ Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field

✅ 3–5 years of CRM & marketing automation experience

✅ Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar

✅ Skilled in Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign

✅ Strong grasp of email marketing, segmentation & personalization

✅ Analytical mindset & reporting expertise

✅ Excellent communication & project management skills

✅ Bonus: HTML/CSS for email templates, A/B testing, SQL basics

💬 Language Requirement:

Advanced English proficiency (C1) is a must! Spanish fluency is a big plus 🇪🇸🇺🇸
