📞 Handle ~100 inbound reception calls daily

🧾 Perform data entry tasks with accuracy

💡 Be cross-trained for new intakes & “reject with love” calls

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of consistent remote work experience

✅ Background in sales or client services

✅ Strong English communication skills (C1 level required)

✅ Fast typing skills – you’ll speak and type simultaneously!

✅ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a natural problem solver

✅ Tech-savvy and comfortable with changing tools and procedures
