🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Contact inbound leads within 15 minutes

✅ Qualify leads and schedule calls for closers

✅ Keep CRM (Go High Level preferred) updated with detailed notes

✅ Follow up via phone, email & social media

✅ Light social media prospecting

✅ Collaborate with leadership for training & growth

✅ Hit weekly appointment goals

✅ Track activity and improve call-to-book ratios

🎓 What You Bring

✨ 1+ year of proven sales experience (B2B or high-ticket preferred)

✨ Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)

✨ CRM experience (Go High Level or similar)

✨ Confident phone presence & objection handling

✨ Detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits

✨ Self-driven & independent

✨ Coachable & eager to grow

✨ Competitive mindset (sports or performance-based background is a plus!)
