🕗 Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time

💼 What You’ll Do

✔️ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

✔️ Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting

✔️ Reconcile AP/AR and maintain general ledger

✔️ Perform bank reconciliations and analyze property-level income/expenses

✔️ Assist with property onboarding/offboarding

✔️ Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits

✔️ Collaborate with property managers and communicate financial results

✔️ Dive deep into ledger discrepancies and resolve variances

✔️ Pull reports, perform accruals, and reclassify transactions

🎓 What You Bring

📘 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

📆 2+ years in a junior controller or similar role

🏢 Experience in property management accounting (AppFolio, Yardi, MRI preferred)

📈 Advanced Excel skills (functions, formulas, analysis)

📚 Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
