Recepcionista (Customer Service)
Job Description
A Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking services or admission into our program. This role is critical in obtaining initial client or patient information, determining if it is a case, and forwarding calls when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 100 inbound reception calls per day.
- Supplement calls that typically route to our answering service.
- Perform data entry assignments with accuracy.
- Be cross-trained to manage new intakes (lower priority case types).
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of consistent remote/work-from-home experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a remote role.
- Background in sales or client services is highly valued.
- Strong client focus and problem-solving skills.
- Tech savvy and detail oriented.
- Fast typing skills (simultaneous speaking and typing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Adaptable to changes in procedures and software.
