About the Role A Compliance Associate provides administrative assistance to the compliance team to help maintain the organization's overall PEO compliance, ensuring that our organization and clients adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

You will play a key role in monitoring compliance processes, preparing documentation, assisting with audits, and communicating with various departments to maintain a high standard of regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and has a keen interest in compliance and regulatory affairs. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor email communications including handling calls promptly and professionally. This includes corresponding with internal colleagues, team members, and state regulators while maintaining a high level of business acumen.

• Provide administrative assistance to the Compliance team to help maintain the organization's overall good standing with regulatory requirements.

• Support the Compliance team with business licensing and compliance documents, filings, resolving issues, and ensuring the Company adheres to applicable state laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Assist with internal and state required audits and prepare the necessary documentation. Being a main team player preparing the data behind the team’s reports and providing results to the lead.

• Complete projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


🎓 Qualifications

Requirements • Proficient in typing at a speed of 40 words per minute, with strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Skilled in data analysis. • Effective team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. • Have strong business acumen. • Strong technical, time management, and organizational skills. • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. • Proficient in both written and verbal communication to effectively correspond with regulators, team members, and Compliance leaders. • Adaptable to change when changes occur internally including external regulations and compliance requirements the company must adhere to. • High School Diploma is enough • Approximately one year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) or any related field.
