Key Responsibilities:

• Client Follow-up: Maintain constant and effective communication with clients.
• Institutional Contact: Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, insurance companies, and other institutions related to personal injury cases.
• Case Management: Effectively manage a large number of cases, ensuring that each one receives the appropriate attention.
• Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks according to importance and urgency.
• Therapy Scheduling: Manage physical therapy scheduling and follow up with clients.
• Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic Knowledge of Medical Terms: Understand and use medical terminology relevant to cases.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure: Remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
• Adaptability to Change: Be flexible and able to adapt to new circumstances and procedures.
• Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent Spoken and Written English: Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Handling Sensitive and Confidential Matters: Treat confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
