We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our dynamic team. This full-time remote role blends executive support with marketing expertise, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys juggling strategic, operational, and creative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

🧭 Executive & Operational Support

• Manage calendars and appointments via Calendly
• Organize travel and monitor key events
• Prioritize and respond to emails and client communications
• Maintain professional correspondence across platforms, including LinkedIn

📊 CRM & Data Management

• Configure and optimize HubSpot for business needs
• Lead training and implement CRM best practices
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing
• Maintain clean and organized contact databases
• Identify and convert leads

🎨 Marketing & Communication

• Create compelling content for email and social media
• Develop presentations on marketing strategies
• Promote initiatives via LinkedIn and other channels
• Design graphic assets for internal and external use
• Manage and update NextGen HQ presence

📅 Coordination & Project Management

• Lead meetings and track project milestones
• Support platform implementations (e.g., Kaltura)
• Optimize business processes and strategies
• Plan events and boost attendee engagement

🔍 Research & Analysis

• Conduct competitive and operational research
• Analyze KPIs and campaign performance metrics

🛠️ Ad Hoc & Cross-Functional Support

• Quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing needs
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Provide versatile support across departments
